In this episode, three William Woods assistant coaches join the podcast to give a behind the scenes look at what it is like to be an assistant coach at WWU. The coaches include WWU men's basketball Zak Spryszak, women's basketball Emma Rappe and men's and women's tennis Oana Trus​

 In effort to gain more knowledge about the social issues surrounding our world, this podcast will feature photojournalist Tim Tai from the Philadelphia Inquirer news outlet. Tai also covered the Concerned Student 1950 protests as a photographer at the University of Missouri in 2015. The protest centered around the racial climate on the Mizzou campus. Learn more about Tai's journey from covering the Mizzou protest to now.

Welcome new head coach of Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Andrea Mize to her new team. Mize is known for turning teams around and is entering a season where the her current team won just three games. The keys to her success include acquiring talent from the best junior colleges around, building relationships and involving herself in the community.
